Oh, if only every new parent could train their babies to like vegetables; especially those babies who are ‘veggie resistant’.  Encouraging healthy eating habits for babies and toddlers can be a challenge, especially in light of recent findings that baby and toddler snack foods were loaded with sugar.  What is a mum to do?  The answer may have arrived as a new study found a little early mealtime intervention can go a long way. During the winter months, Mum Mum’s has discussed several ways to increase kid’s immunity.  One major component of a healthy immune system is a diet rich in fruits and vegetables. For many parents, however, getting kids to eat their veggies is a serious challenge. If you thought giving those veggies fun names like ‘X-Ray Vision Carrots’ would help you kids eat it, would you try it? A new study found it may be that easy.
