Food allergies at Thanksgiving can seem overwhelming. We've dealth with multiple food allergies in our family for many years and have tried different ways to manage them. My favorite is to cook an entire meal free of (get this!) milk, wheat, eggs, peanuts, treenuts, fish, shellfish, sesame, peas and greenbeans! And my favorite part is that I can relax and not have to worry if I stirred something with the wrong spoon.
