Gluten-Free, Casein-Free Diet May Help Some Children With Autism, Research Suggests
Wednesday, March 7th, 2012A gluten free diet is the best and only means of treatment for celiac disease, or gluten intolerance. However, more and more people have discovered gluten to be the culprit for a variety of other symptoms from migraines to joint pain. It has been observed that children with autism may also benefit from a gluten free diet, in addition to avoiding casein, but there has been little scientific evidence to support the dietary change.
